These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the PRODEALS BVBA and any agreement reached at a distance between businesses and consumers.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products. We have the right to adjust our terms and conditions at any time, please check back periodically to this page to stay updated.

Our products

Our description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. All images used are linked to our offered products but some can only be used as an example (how it could look). Apparent mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not binding us.

If you are unsure about certain sizes, you can use our size charts or contact us for personal assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

The delivered goods remain the property of PRODEALS BVBA until the full price is paid.

We can not be held responsible for damage and / or loss during shipment. If your package or product are damaged or missing: you should report these malfunctions by email, so we can get intouch with our shipping carrier. Please describe your malfunction in details and provide some photos to clarify.

Free shipping is automatically applied for our regular customers when they fulfill the following conditions:
- For Belgium: total order amount excl. tax = €250 or higher.
- For Luxembourg: total order amount excl. tax = €250 or higher.
- For Netherlands: total order amount excl. tax = €250 or higher.
- For Germany: total order amount excl. tax = €500 or higher.
- For France: total order amount excl. tax = €1000 or higher.

Returns & Replacements

Complaints regarding the delivered goods can not be accepted if they are not sent in writing mail within seven days of delivery at the registered address of PRODEALS BVBA.

Pricing & Promotions

All invoices are payable at the office of Prodeals BVBA, unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay the invoice within the prescribed period shall be automatically and without prior notice due to interest attributable interest at 12% per annum from the due date till the date of receipt of payment. Moreover, the invoice amount for non-payment will be increased by the due date and without notice by 15%, with a minimum of € 250 by way of conventional penalty clause as a fixed compensation, notwithstanding the court and on top of the arrears. If non-payment within the due date, all other open invoices are also immediately due and requested / payable.

All our contracts and services are governed by Belgian law. In the case of a dispute only the courts of Hasselt, Belgium has jurisdiction.

Payment methods

We provide several payment methods:
- Bancontact: max. €50 000 (only available for BE)
- Belfius Direct Net: max. €50 000 (only available for BE)
- KBC/CBC: max. €50 000 (only available for BE)

- IDEAL: max. €50 000 (only available for BE - NL)
- SOFORT Banking: max. €5 000 (only available for NL - DE - BE - CH - ES - IT - PL - FR - AT)

- Creditcard: VISA / MASTERCARD: max. €5000 (Worldwide)
- PAYPAL: fast and secure payment: worldwide (not available for BE - NL - DE - FR).

- Afterwards: Bank Transfer payment (within 30 days)
- Afterwards: SEPA - Direct debit (within 14 days)

Depending on your business, country or shopping cart some payments may be excluded or not possible.
